Promote WECA's apprenticeship programs with school districts, civic associations, and community organizations; manage the application pipeline from sourcing through testing, interviews, and orientation; and steward our equal-opportunity compliance work.

Lead marketing, communications, and growth for the association and its training programs, based remotely or from Rancho Cordova, San Diego, Fresno, or Woods Cross.
